Zen Swim is a program developed by Advanced Aquatics, the leading Aquatics Company in Malaysia. The program uses the basic principles of the free style stroke, coupled with important aspects that help an individual swim looking effortless, with less effort. The program has been tested and proven with differing levels of capabilities, producing positive results over twelve sessions.
Different than traditional approach
Not taking anything away from the traditional approach, which has been the technique used in the sport since its inception, the ZEN SWIM PROGRAM is designed to take anyone from a complete beginner, or an average joe to an athlete and turn them into masters of their own destiny in the water. They will be equipped not only with the technique, but also the know-how of their physique, translating it to easier ways to swim.
Zen Swim Approach
The basis of the Zen Swim Program is the freestyle stroke, or the front crawl stroke. What this program brings to the table is clear steps that are taught, and every step represents a platform that will help a person to swim better, and easier. The emphasis of Zen Swim is utilising a person’s natural physique and adapting the free style stroke to them, using key points such as buoyancy, body balance, and weight shifting. Each step is the foundation that is built based on those key points.
